Metro Wireless SmartPay Application

SmartPay partnered with Metro by T-Mobile (Metro Wireless) to enable customers to apply for lease-to-own financing as part of their device purchase journey. Metro’s promotional ecosystem is highly dynamic, with unique offers tied to devices, plans, and eligibility criteria. SmartPay needed a user-friendly way for customers to apply, select promotions, review lease terms, make their first payment, and check out seamlessly — all within a single experience.
As the Lead UI/UX Specialist, I was responsible for defining SmartPay’s UI standards within Metro’s brand environment and designing an intuitive flow that blended carrier promotions with SmartPay’s proprietary approval and payment process.
