As a follow-on component to the Army HEALTH App initiative, HVS Financial was invited to propose a Readiness Admin Console — a secure, command-level analytics platform for visualizing the health, fitness, and readiness status of Soldiers across the entire Army force structure.
I worked on the UX strategy and conceptual design for this admin system, translating extremely detailed military organizational hierarchy and multifactor readiness scoring into a usable, navigable interface suitable for commanders, medical personnel, and authorized administrators.
This dashboard would integrate directly with the soldier-facing HEALTH App, using those inputs to produce dynamic readiness scores at the macro, unit, and individual levels.
